Edmontosaurus Tendon

This Edmontosaurus tendon is a piece of fossilised, ossified tendon used to hold the tail of this great herbivorous dinosaur in place.

This species, Edmontosaurus annectens, was notable for living alongside T. rex, and likely falling prey to it on occasion. Edmontosaurus was a truly immense animal, being several tonnes heavier than a modern African Elephant.

This increadible Edmontosaurus tendon would be a fantastic and unique part of any fossil collection.

Age: 70 Million Years Old, Cretaceous
